About the Job
PureSphera Recovery & Recycling is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. We collect refrigerators and freezers from residential homes throughout Manitoba as part of a provincial appliance recycling program. This is an active, hands-on position that combines driving, customer service and physical work. If you think you're a fit, we would love to hear from you!

Please Note: ONLY HIRING DRIVERS WITH VALID CLASS-5 DRIVER'S LICENSE AT THIS TIME

Important: Physically demanding position. Applicants must be capable of safely lifting and moving large, heavy appliances with a partner and assistive equipment.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive company 5-ton trucks, throughout Winnipeg and Manitoba.
  • Remove appliances from customers' homes.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Complete routes efficiently while following all company safety procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's license.
  • Previous experience driving 5-ton or similar commercial vehicles is an asset.
  • Reliable and Punctual.
  • Able to start at 7:30AM and work until day's route is complete.
  • Willing to work overtime during busy periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions.
  • Able to travel throughout Manitoba including occasional overnight trips (hotel and meal allowance provided).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work well as part of a two-person team.
  • Must have steel-toe safety boots.
  • Must pass a basic criminal record check/security screening.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Experience in field is not necessary but is an asset.

  • Wage starting at $17.50 per hour with increase after probationary period.
